Rash on 13 month old

Hello does anyone know what this rash could be that appeared on my daughter? Mainly around her neck and ear area and a bit on her tummy. Not bothering her. She did have a fever for a few days but that has now gone.

any insight much appreciated! X

Assuming you've already done the glass beaker test I'd say that's a viral rash from being generally unwell
