Help and advice appreciated. I had a blister on my foot that burst and the skin is now raw and extremely painful. I attach a photo. Do I just let it dry out or put a plaster on? Thank you so much

Ooh, that looks sore. I’d keep it clean and I’d probably put a plaster on it so I could walk! Maybe take the plaster off, let it breathe etc when resting?

Thank you, it's so painful to walk on

Crikey, that's horrendous. I think I would want to go and see a pharmacist about that because I would be concerned that that large an open wound has a really substantial chance of becoming infected (though it looks okay currently). Can you minimise the amount you walk on it?

Definitely not a plaster. Wrap a bandage round it and get to a pharmacy.
