What are these spots / bites?

My daughter has started to get bumps/bites overnight. First on the back of one leg and then on her wrist and then two/three on each arm. One appeared last night - it's normally two or three each night. They seem to appear and then crust over in 24/36 hours. Oddly don't seem itchy. I took her to the pharmacy and the pharmacist wasn't sure but suggested treating for scabies just incase which I did. But when I google scabies I'm not sure it's that. Worried it could potentially be bedbugs but can't see any signs around bed. Sibling sharing room has nothing!

Same bites/bumps on Friday. Would there be more than three per arm/leg if bedbugs?

Could be a lot of things. Take to GP tomorrow. Check if they blanch under a glass too

Wash all bed linen blankets duvets on hot wash with disinfectant
Just to be sure.
Also if poss discard mattress or at least turn and hoover it thoroughly.
Also hoover bed frame.
Just to be on the safe side.

Hopefully not but I would do a thorough check of the bed to see if you can see anything.

Thanks @AnotherNaCha I tried to see a GP last week when there was just the four on her legs and was given a phone appointment. I got a locum who gave me a moisturizer when I mentioned previous eczema but she didn't want photos uploaded so hasn't seem it. Will try again tomorrow!

The pharmacist told me to wash bed linen in case of scabies @alexdgr8so I've done that twice now and hoovered mattress. I've bad anxiety not knowing what it is!
