Periods when EBF

Is anyone else's period really erratic when it returns during breastfeeding?
Baby was born 10th November. I had a period when she was 13 weeks and had them every 2 weeks since. They are shorter and lighter than usual.
My health visitor said them being a bit mad is expected when EBF. But I don't want to go on the pill though.
Just wondered when they normalised for others?

Unusual bleeding at anytime would warrant a trip to the GP. Have you had a smear since giving birth? Get checked out and rule out anything untoward.

Yeah I will do that. My health visitor advised to see if it continues. I had a smear in Oct 2023 so not due one. I don't have HPV though.
I'm wondering with other people when it normalised if they had erratic bleeding postpartum due to the fluctuating hormones during breastfeeding.
