Hi all - any advice / experience on how to keep consistently losing weight when monthly cycle interferes? I have half a stone/ to a stone to lose but have plateaued and have realised why - for a fortnight i am in control and eat well but healthily and weight comes off - then ovulation hits halfway through the month - diet gets bad- a few days improvement - period comes and I get bad eating habits again - then back to a good 2 weeks.
When I ovulate and have period, I feel nauseous and want to eat simple carbs. that combined with being exhausted means bread and pasta etc.
it’s very frustrating ! any insight appreciated as I can’t believe i’m the only one with this annoying problem.
