Turbohaler

I’ve been prescribed a turbohaler. I’m used to the traditional brown one but it wasn’t 100% working. I followed the asthma uk video on how to do it but when I breathed in I don’t think I felt anything - am I supposed to feel the powder or anything? How do I know that I’ve had it?

I don’t usually feel anything.

I don't feel anything when using mine. Except for it being easier to breathe.

Thank you for confirming! I wasn’t sure if I hadn’t done it right but it sounds like this is normal

As others have said, I rarely feel anything. I would rinse your mouth/gargle or take water as I found my voice got quite gruff
