Has anyone come off codeine?
I’m reasonably okay other than a crawling sensation in my arms and legs?
anyone know how long that lasts.
I wasn’t on a massive amount and I’m on day 2. I read it peaks at day 3 so hopefully I’m almost clear 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Coming off codeine can be really tough but it sounds like you're on a low dose and that you've got this. Keep ploughing on OP and hopefully you'll be over the worst very soon. Sorry I can't be more help.

Yes but I didn’t have any side effects. I felt worse taking it.

It got to the point where I only took it because I’d taken it so long and was scared to come off it. It’s actually been way less painful than I thought but it’s just these annoying restless leg sensation.
