I have been to the GP today for a review of antidepressant meds. GP took blood pressure… 137/70. He said it was fine. I thought was high? I was anxious.

That's low. They start talking about high blood pressure when the bottom number is consistently above 90. When I was first diagnosed, my BP was 190/120......

Bp is fine , especially taking anxiety into account.

If you were being treated for hypertension, the target blood pressure would be below 135/85 mmHg. Your diastolic is actually slightly low and your systolic only slightly above the target range. But (a) it's a single measurement, which you wouldn't base a decision on, and (b) we don't know age, weight or any other factors that might contribute. It's certainly not remarkable and if the GP said it's fine I wouldn't give it any further thought (I speak as someone who has to take 3 different anti-hypertensive medications every day and was once admitted to hospital with BP of 240/160 mmHg).
