Swollen gland

I’ve been unwell for around 4 weeks now, started with sinusitis, then I had a cold, then quite severe tonsillitis, and last weekend started with a new sore throat and earache but no fever this time. My concern is that I have an extremely swollen gland on the left side of my neck, that’s really sore to touch. I had bloods taken yesterday and my white blood count was 11.1 (so just above the expected range) and my neutrophil count was 8 (upper limit for the normal range is 7.5). Glandular fever test came back negative.

I’m on my second lot of antibiotics but I’m just wondering at what point does the lump become a concern? I know I’ve been unwell so it’s likely to be down to fighting infections but I just feel concerned that it’s been raised for 4 weeks… do I just go back to the GP in 5 days if these antibiotics don’t make a difference?

Thanks
