Pupps or scabies?!! Help!

Hi all.

I'm after some advice. At 26 weeks pregnant I was diagnosed with puppps. The first 2 pics are how it started. It was AWFUL!! the itching was the worst thing ever. It was all over my torso then spread everywhere! Arms, hands, legs, ankles, bum. Only place it didn't appear was my face. I got steroid cream and lotions from the doc but the only thing that helped slightly was calamine lotion. I then got pine tar soap which also seemed tk help. I'm currently at 33 weeks now and it has gotten slightly better.

Recently my daughter has developed some slight spots on her arms, hands and legs (last pic) doc confirmed scabies. I'm now panicking thinking what I have is scabies! My leg (4thpic) looks so similar to my daughters. doc keeps saying pupps though and won't treat me for scabies. I'm now paranoid my baby is going to be born and catch scabies from me 😭

I just want to know if anyone has had pupps and rash looked similar to mine or if they've had scabies and looked like this? Its driving me mad 😭

Scabies doesn’t look like that

You poor thing. I’m 38 weeks and got this a week ago. I’ve been using Mama mio tummy rub butter about three times a day and it’s helped sooo much. It’s not completely gone but far less anngry and itchy. Also get steroid cream from the doc but haven’t needed it to use it yet. Hope this helps for you it could just be coincidence it’s worked for me but thought I’d let you know!

Aah amazing, I will try this thank you! It has gotten better but still quite itchy at night 😟 only 4 weeks to go so hopefully it will disappear after baba is born! Thank you again xxx
