Red light therapy

Hi I have been doing some reading into red light therapy and was wondering if anyone had used it and had any success.

I have hashimotos and have many nodules on my thyroid and I have read this can really reduce them. I also have general aches and pains, probably due to inflammation that I think it could benefit me.

There are a few salons/health clubs near me that offer sessions in varying prices and I have also looked at buying a panel (although I imagine these as much lower strength than commercial ones)

Anyone had any experience?

I haven't tried it for my body but I have tried it for my face. I didn't notice that it did a thing.

I used it for eczema and didn’t really notice much improvement really.

Oh that's a pity!

Thanks for replying! Might just give it a miss then 😂

I’m interested in this too as I’m in a similar situation with my thyroid. Would love to hear positive stories!
