Upset tummy bug

I'm currently going through the hell of a tummy bug. It just seems to be getting worse and worse. It started on Wednesday, very low level just very gassy (very smelly), Thursday upset tummy after breakfast, okay during the day then in the evening it came on properly. Friday I was probably on the loo 30 times and it was getting more loose. I didn't eat much yesterday just a plain risotto and crackers. At the end of the evening I developed a temperature of ,38. I've now been up in the night lots.

I'm also coughing it feels like a head cold now too.

Any tips for recovering. It feels like I've been ill with various bugs since January. My fitness is shot. No running, gym, yoga for weeks really.

Rehydration sachets for definite. Also keep your blood sugar levels up, you can drink ribena or apple juice (both were given to my son by the hospital for this reason when he was admitted for dehydration due to norovirus). Keep eating plain only, brat diet, and as much rest as you can.

Apple juice good tip . I've been using my running rehydration jelly sweets at the moment too
