Thyroid - serum TSH

If these were your Serum TSH test results what would you think - should I follow it up? These results are from blood tests I've had for other purposes, not related to thyroid symptoms. Thanks.

It's always better to quote results with reference ranges as they can vary from lab to lab but that having been said, assuming typical ranges, your latest TSH would be slightly elevated outside of the normal range (others normal).

Many labs will provide an accompanying T4 level with an abnormal TSH so it would be useful to know that if done.

However, absent any specific symptoms (and assuming you're not on thyroid medication already etc) it would be very unusual to do anything with a TSH of that level.

The plan should be to recheck in 3-6m with a a blood test to include TSH, T4 and TPO antibodies.
