Does anyone know what i can do to help with this For a week now I have been suffering from shooting pains in side of my head it's now moved to the other side
I am a bit prone to this but can't seem to get on top of it this time been taking cocodmel and ibuprofen. Only ibuprofen seems to work and even then not completely
Not sure what to do next to be honest. Not sure how I got it as very careful not to go out with wet hair and always wear a hat when it's cold. My mum used to suffer with it a lot as well
The only thing I can thing of is because I am going through the change and getting hot flushes at night I am laying on wet hair. I am on hrt though. I don't know if I should see the GP though not sure what they can do but it's wearing me down
