Onset of vertigo attack

Hello,

Question for any long term vertigo sufferers out there.. were you able to predict that you were about to have an attack? I had a horrible bout of it a year or so ago and am concerned it’s coming back, as I’ve had a few moments of light headedness today along with tight muscles.

Is this what anyone else’s onset can look like? Thanks 😊

Depends what's causing it I think. My warning signs start with tinnitus getting louder and my hearing taking a dip. Is really just a warning signs something might happen.
Actual attack usually starts with my vision going a bit off - horizon starts to move and then balance goes.
Hopefully whatever you have is something else.

Im not experiencing anything of what you describe, so fingers crossed it’s something different. Thanks for the reply 😊
