Is this too much weight loss without trying?

I want to lose weight soon, however I have realised I have been losing a bit of weight without trying. Is this too much in a short amount of time? I know they say more than 5% in the space of 6-12 months isn't good but I don't know how to work that out.
This is from August 2024 ( 10st.6) until yesterday (10st.1).

How is your health otherwise? Have you changed anything that would naturally lwad to weight loss? More exercise / eating less / eating different things?

edit to add that 5lb is a loss of 3.4%

That’s a 5lb loss from a starting weight of 146 lbs. So less than 5%!

No. I'll go up and down by 5lb within days.

No I haven't eaten less or exercised. I have had stomach issues which I'm on omeprazole for but it doesn't state that's a side effect. Also I only been on them for two months and my issue has resolved.
