Handhold please. Doctor found 2 lumps.

I posted earlier this week about being really unwell with flu/bug.
I went to the GP today as a gland came up in my neck and my armpit was very sore (on top of feeling really crap).
Not worried about the gland in my neck however he found 2 lumps under my armpit that he couldn’t tell what they were.
i am beside myself, I have 2 small children one of which is breastfed (17 months).
I feel sick!!!
he has referred me on the 2WW, luckily my husbands health insurance covers one stop breast clinic and they have booked me in for tomorrow.
I am so so worried 😭😭😭

If you're full of the flu, it'll just be your lymph nodes swelling. They're doing their job and clearing the infection.

I have health anxiety though so I'm not dismissing your panic. But I'm sure you'll be fine x

He said I definitely have lymph nodes up but there are 2 lumps under my armpit within the breast tissue that didn’t seem like lymph nodes :( so worried
