I always thought I was going ok pelvic floor wise , until I wasn't .
Have had to wait for a pelvic floor physio and in the meantime received a letter suggesting web sites / NHS sqeezy app to download.
Just had the appointment , she tested my interpretation off a pelvic floor exercise and how well I can keep the grip.
All good on that front , told me to keep doing the squeeze app daily and should see improvement in 3/4 months.
The squeeze app is very good and everyone should be encouraged to download . It is payable , but only a few quid .
To maintain and improve your pelvic floor you should be doing 20 reps ( various timings ) 3x a day , so 60 daily for life !
Who would think you have to do that ?
So far I've been doing it for nearly 3 months, and have started to see an improvement.
Get squeezing !
