I haven't got my print out yet but I was aware my ferritin was a bit low at 66 so I was trying to increase it for hair growth and taking iron but not religiously

Anyway repeat bloods done, reception have rung and said my serum? iron is 9?
Is that the same as ferritin

Serum iron level 9 umol/l (10-30)
Iron saturation 14% (25-50%)
Iron binding capacity 66 umol/l (37-77
