Is this a coldsore?

Hi

I suffer from dermatitis in various places on my body and sometimes get patches of it around my lips and mouth .. it shows up as small red patches in that area

I noticed earlier above my lip what I thought was possibly a red patch of dermatitis but it looked more like a spot/bump .. it didn't hurt or tingle or itch or anything

I stupidly tried to pop it and clear liquid came out of it .. it is now weeping constantly and starting to crust over and looks way worse than what it did before ( this all happened in space of a hour ) and I am wondering if this is infact a cold sore

it did not look like this before I squeezed it nor was it weeping before then

Cold sores are usually really painful and itchy. I doubt it's one.

This is it today and is slightly more scabby than yday but still doesn't hurt or tingle or itch I went to pharmacist who said it could be a spot if it doesn't hurt but to watch and wait.. and yes I have quite severe health anxiety

It is scabbed over but you can't see in the pic but there is no blister

Unlikely a cold sore then. Cold sores get a yellow pus filled bluster first, that then bursts and creates a crusty thick scab.

The scab you have is probably just from breaking the skin when you tried to pop it
