Angina?

I have a couple of heart conditions for which I take medication and have had no issues at all for ages. I'm 57, not overweight and healthy lifestyle generally.

Last night while sitting in front of the TV, I felt very strange pressure in my throat, ears and head and slight pressure in my chest and felt generally a bit weird. This went on for about 5 minutes. Then fine!

Just wondering if this is angina? Google suggests ear and neck pressure can be angina, although I thought angina was more while being active. Attempt to get GP on Monday I guess!
