Swollen eyelids

For a couple of weeks I have had slightly swollen eyelids on both sides. Also a slight bump just above them and dry skin. No pain or discharge. I thought blepharitis and have been cleaning them with Optase wipes but no change. Any ideas? I will phone gp on my next day off if it doesn’t go away! If it’s blepharitis is there anything that works?

When I have had this with blepharitis, I have been advised to use a heated eye mask. That said, it's only been one side when I have had it. Could it be an allergy? You could see an optician rather than gp too.

Yes might be easier to see an optician! I did wonder about the fact it’s on both sides.
