Hi, I have concerns about my mum, she is 68 she’s been running to the loo to pee more often she has a sore back and bloating before she pees.. the doc triaged her over the phone and just give her antibiotics without even testing her urine I’m very concerned about her why would they not even see her or test her urine

My daughter gets frequent UTIs and the GP just prescribes antibiotics without a sample if that helps?
