My DD has had one for a while now she is 5, DH (a GP) says to leave it and her own immune system will get rid of it eventually but it will take time. He wouldn't freeze it at her age.

my dd had one on her chin at 4 and we had it removed. They can spread, according to the bloke we saw, but i know lots of kids who have them and they haven't increased. see how it goes.
