Spots on knee

Hi , last Oct a line of dots appeared on my shin as shown in photo , I didn’t go to the Dr but after two weeks they vanished so I put it to the back of mind , however I’ve just had 3 of what look like the same appear above my knee in second photo they look like tiny bruises . Anyone else had this happen if they are still the same next week I’ll see the Dr
Im an anxious person & goggling leukaemia 🙈

Have you been doing anything like gardening?

No I don’t do gardening , the spots haven’t changed or spread so Ill see what happens over the coming days
