Has anyone else had this?
I've been feeling so exhausted for the past 5 days due to a very very heavy period so thought nothing of it. 3 days ago I went for a nap and was freezing cold/shaking but that is common when I'm tired.
Yesterday the same thing happened then most of the day I felt like I was going to be sick, later on I started getting a headache which would come and go, still had chills and horrendous fatigue. Ended up being sick twice on the night around 11pm ish and that was it. I've woke up this morning feeling exactly the same although the headache doesn't stick around much, but have spent the past 20 minutes vomiting up stomach acid. I do have loose stools also (but nothing severe) so not too sure if this is just a stomach bug or something else??
I do have very very bad health anxiety and also have asthma (health anxiety is in relation a lot to that) so I'm worried about developing chest issues etc from this. Has anyone else had these symptoms and it's just turned out to be a stomach bug or is it more likely to be flu?
