What is this inside my mouth?

Does anyone have any idea what could have caused this blistering inside my mouth?

It's all along the inside of my upper and lower lip, some tiny blisters and some bigger white patches which are peeling.

I also have a very deep ache in both legs and pretty much from the waist down, like I've ran a marathon but I've barely exercised in a couple of weeks.
