Fatty liver on results.

Recently had an ultrasound on my abdomen dr suspected galstones, revieved a message this morning saying everything is okay, had a look on my results and it states I have mild fatty liver, should this have been mentioned to me? Do I need to do anything anything to stop it worsening, thanks.

Research Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease. You will have to make changes to your diet and start exercising if you don't already. You can put it into remission if you take action.

I'm half a stone over weight so will aim to lose that, I don't smoke or drink and eat I'd say I eat quite healthy, the doctor has just called funnily enough and is doing blood tests to check my liver function

Hi ive had blood tests since then for other things, and liver functions were always fine x

I had this when I had my gallbladder out, follow ups have shown it's fine and I've not made any drastic changes. If anything in less careful about what I eat now the gallbladder is gone. I wonder if it's something to do with the gallbladder not coping?

I have coeliac disease, so my bread, pasta etc aren't exactly healthy, mine is probably diet related but I wouldn't have known unless I had a scan x

I had ultrasound everything ok Doctor said mild fatty liver. I am over weight have high chlorestol which wont help I know. Im so worried. Doctor just said I need to just have yearly blood tests. Im going change diet not that it was bad and exercise more. Anyone else had same thing
