A good multi vitamin

Can anyone recommend a brand for a good quality multivitamin

I have been recommended to take folic acid, magnesium, D3 and Iron daily.

I would much rather just take 1 pill per day. I've read a lot online about quality of certain supplements not being great and the use of 'fillers'

So looking for something that's of good quality.

TY

Depends how low you are really. A multivitamin likely won't cut it for the D3 or iron if you're very low. As for a good multivitamin I'd say Perfectil works pretty well. The max one is super expensive (and 3 pills a day IIRC) but perfectil original is not too bad and only one pill daily. My bloods were great last time I got tested at the docs and my diets shocking so I gotta say it works. I do take D3 and iron separately for a bit when I feel I'm getting low though as being a vegetarian who got practically no sun even last Summer I'm really at risk of dropping into severe deficiency with those.

Purolabs Multivitamins & Minerals Supplement

Unlike most supplements, Puro Multivitamin is vegan-friendly, clean-label, and free from additives, fillers, synthetic ingredients, and bulking agents, which offer zero nutritional benefits.
