I was in India, came back 2 weeks ago. Day I traveled back I had zero appetite, felt quite nauseous. Arrived home, low grade temp (37.5) and tummy cramps followed by diarrhoea. But it's not passed! It's a bit better but still got on and off diarrhoea, still running warmer than usual (between 37 and 37.5), still not much appetite and can get quite crampy and just feel a bit rotten. I went to doctor after a week of this who did blood test and stool test - everything seems fine, said probably gastroenteritis and it'll pass and suggested I take buscopan (which does nothing to help).
What's going on?? Anyone else had this? Why are all the tests totally normal and at what point should I go back to doctor?
