Hi - I currently take on a daily basis:

A probiotic as I have bad wind and bloating
Vitamin D
Vitamin B
Vitamin C
Cod Liver Oil
Magnesium
A capsule for Peri Menopause
Marine Collagen

Are some of these just the same ones? I have a feeling the Perimeno one is mainly B6 but has zinc and iron in it plus botanicals.

Just wondering if this is a good regime or overkill....

Nobody knows what’s in the perimenopause capsule so they can’t possibly tell you whether there’s an overlap with what you’re taking.

If your diet is deficient in any of the vitamins then taking a supplement isn’t a bad idea. If your diet isn’t deficient then you are pretty much just making very expensive urine.

Does the probiotic work? If so, good, if not, why bother?
