Hi , I posted on here with suspected Pyroli my stool sample is negative , I’m experiencing pain right down my left flank which radiates from the top of my arm pit down the side to my hip
Last week was awful as the pain was in my Breast and in my sternum
Dr has prescribed Omeprazole which he has advised I take even though my stool sample was negative for Pyroli . I’ve read that Omeprazole can be hard to come off . A friend has them and advised taking them with care as sometimes when you stop the symptoms return worse
my concern is I’ve only had one test and don’t know what this pain is ,Dr thinks it could be acid reflux I’m currently taking Gaviscon which helps immediately with the pain
Last night I was woken again with awful pain down my flank . Has anybody else had these symptoms ? & has anyone been temporarily on Omeprazole?
