Please can someone help look at my thyroid levels?

Hi, my adult daughter has been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and I got my blood tested due to having the same symptoms.

I received them today and have attached screenshot.

Should I try getting an appointment with my GP?

I have been in a fog for years.

Please can someone help look at my thyroid levels?

Subclinical hypothyroidism, in my opinion.

Unfortunately, your GP may not help, as they usually only prescribe thyroxine when your TSH is above 10. They don't usually take t3 or t4 into account, but always worth booking a GP appointment to ask for an endocrinology referral.

Also, ask for bloods for ferretin, vitamin d, b12, and folate and get them to optimal levels (not just in the NHS "normal" range) as these all impact your thyroid.

Thank you, Pitstop1986, I will attempt to request that from my GP.
I have suffered from very low mood, tiredness (l never feel fully awake), dizziness, eyebrow thinning (especially my left eyebrow!), really embarrassing and concerning memory issues, slow reactions, headaches, and uncontrollable weight gain across my middle in the last few years, which I put down to my age and stress.

Yes as stated by pp a GP is unlikely to prescribe based on this. Your TSH is within normal range. TSH is the hormone that goes up when your body is needing more thyroxine.

Your free T3 is normal but your total is low. Is there a free T4 reading anywhere?

Hi , crankytoes. No, those are all of the results that I received.
