Quick smoothie recipe?

On a health kick (again 😁). Any recipes for a tasty, easy ti make smoothie please? No kiwis!

The tropical frozen smooth mix from sainsburys is fab (aldi do a version of this too), I add some water/ cocunt water, an avocado, a banana, greek style yogurt and flax seeds.
