'Check your poo' - IBS?

Hello. Appreciate this is a bit of an embarrassing topic but I am wondering whether I have slight IBS or a food intolerance.

Since the highlighting of things like bowel cancer by Dame Deborah James I now check my poo.

I go once a day to the toilet - in the morning. I don't seem to be able to do the perfect 'sausage poo'. This happens only a few times a month. Most of the time it is soft but breaks into blobs - I'm presuming a 5 on the stool chart. Is this normal or could I have mild IBS/a food intolerance? I have no pain or urgency and generally go at the same time. Just wondering if everyone out there always does the 'perfect poo' or actually is there a lot of variation?

I have had a negative FIT test and a negative calprotectin test. So I'm just wondering if this is my normal!?

Thank you in advance.
