13 mo DD had huge vomit everywhere on Weds night and moderate diarrhea (sp?)ever since. She's well, eating, not worried anout her

But I am phobic about getting diahrrea myself, I started with same symptoms when she had it in about November. But tonight it will be 72 hours since she started and I am currently fine - so will I get away with it??

Been looking for info on the incubation period but it's all so vague! Am very careful re handwashing, more worried about the fact she vomited all over me and I always thought its the vomit thats more catching... I know I am being a big wuss but I am really phobic about it, haven't been out in case I suddenly start to be ill

Can anyone reassure me a bit? x

I have managed to get away with not catching dd's d&v for the last 3 times she's had it - my DH and my parents have all caught it from her each time - so you may be in luck - you might now have mummy immunity! Fingers crossed for you.

Take some Immodium instants out with you - they do work really fast!

Sounds like you've escaped the lurgy.
Open the windows and let lots of fresh air in.
Hope DD is better soon.

Oh I hope so. Am nauseous anyway, due to being a little pregnant lol.

Not phobic about vomiting, if I had to vomit it the street I could live with it - but shitting myself having an accident would make me want to die of shame.
