Rashes on babies

Everytime I carry my baby who is 6 months he develops a heat rash on his leg.

Do you mean a baby carrier or just in your arms? Are you sure it's heat rash?

Could be from the clothing you're wearing or if your top has buttons/zips, irritating a specific area.

It's when he is fully clothed and his legs are on my hip when I carry him. He likes to tuck them in. I put him down to change and notice a sunburnt type rash on his leg.
