UTI gone but ongoing other symptoms

On Sunday 16th Feb I woke with pain in lower abdomen, urge to pee frequently, aches and pains. Saw online GP and got prescription for a UTI. This did not work by Wednesday so I saw my own GP in person and she gave me Keflex twice a day x 5 days. I felt a little better Fri and Sat but Sunday I woke 5am with all symptoms back. Attended a GP on call and she gave me Keflex 3 a day for another 3 days. Caught up with my own GP on Monday and labs were clear, urine dip test was clear but I still felt horrible, so she suggested I stick with the 3 days of Keflex and if not feeling better, to attend A&E for an ultrasound and blood tests.

So today I feel like the UTI symptoms have mostly cleared (still some urgency with peeing), but I have other symptoms that are weirding me out.

Numbness across my lower abdomen and in lower back. Tenderness and bloating across lower abdomen, from hip to hip. Achy all over, pains in abdomen that prevented me from sleeping much and painkillers not resolving it (Ibuprofen, paracetamol, codeine). Also numbness in my left arm and tingling in my fingers. Don't feel great but I haven't been sleeping so I am pretty wrecked. No fever at any point in this whole saga.

Any thoughts on what on earth these latest symptoms could relate to? Google/ AI is not helping. I could go to A&E but I would potentially be there for a day or 2.

How old are you?
The tingling in your left arm makes me think cardiac, so check yourself against the symptoms of a heart attack in a female.
The back ache and arm tingling could be spinal. So many things it could be, you need seeing again.
Have you been pooing and eating normally?
Careful with codeine, it can constipate you

Sounds like it spread to your kidneys. I had this and ended up in hospital. You probably need stronger and more antibiotics.

The symptoms of bloating and pain across your abdomen (and back?) would be the same as me.

Do t hang about as I thought it was wind and nearly ended up with sepsis. Go to your GP today. Good luck!

Just to say that it started off with a UTI that wasn't resolved. The infection then travelled up my bladder to kidneys. I'm almost positive that's what it is.

I’ve had a UTI that came from nowhere . Took antibiotics for three days then it came back. Took another five day course and it still feels like it’s there niggling away. I’ve given in a urine sample, no results yet. It doesn’t feel like it’s gone and I’m worried. It may be antibiotics resistance for you?
