White blood cells in urine - referred for ultrasound and blood tests - worrying!

Hi, hoping to hear from anyone who may have experienced similar. A couple of weeks ago I visited the GP for symptoms of a UTI. She took a urine sample and it came back clear apart from raised white blood cells. She then asked for a repeat test this week and while the dipstick this time was negative, the lab results have shown that the white blood cells in my urine are still raised. She has referred me for an ultrasound of my bladder and kidneys and has asked me back for blood tests today. In the meantime my UTI symptoms have cleared up so I’m not actually experiencing any symptoms of anything now. I did have this once when I was pregnant as well (5 years ago) - white blood cells showing up in my urine but no infection or anything else going on. They didn’t investigate any further. I have also previously had raised white blood cells in blood tests with no obvious infection or anything else going on.

Google is stressing me out and I know no one on here can diagnose, but I'm wondering if it possible to just generally have a raised white blood cell count or is there likely something going on? It feels like it’s going to be a stressful wait for results and I’m hoping to hear from anyone else who has been through similar. Thanks
