Felt the back of my knee/calf tear

Just that really. Messing about with the kids this morning jumping around and raving like a loon with the kids and I felt the back of my knee/calf area pop and now it is KILLING me. I know logically I've torn a muscle or something but I have major health anxiety and convinced myself I'm going to get a blood clot. I mean chances of this are pretty slim right? It is THROBBING and hurts to move 🤨 lesson learned, I'm not as agile as I once was!

It's a torn ligament or calf muscle. You are going to be fine but you really need to rest and do basically nothing for a few weeks. It will take ages to heal if you don't rest it! You also may need a boot.

Could be a torn meniscus.
