Pain in foot

Hello. I wonder if anyone has had this as googling isn’t getting me very far

if I sit or lie down for a bit - when I stand I have a pain in my right foot (top right of foot) and difficulty walking for a few mins before it wears off. All fine after that.

it seems unimportant but don’t know if it’s the beginning of something? Don’t want to bother the doctor for something so trivial!

Sounds like when I get tendonitis, see a physio?

Hmmm, not sure. Once I’m up and walking I can walk for ages with no problem. It’s only when I’ve been still for a while that it most seizes up in that one place and then hurts to free up again. After 5 mins it’s back to normal but then will happen again after resting

tendinitis seems to suggest it’s painful when walking
