What could this be? Foot pic

Hi,

What could this white patch be? I thought perhaps verruca so treated with OTC product. It's now incredibly itchy. Any thoughts? Same foot had suspected ringworm not too long ago. Could they be linked?

For context this is DD (9) foot and I'm treating her brother for persistent verrucas.

It would be helpful to have the photo OP, but Mumsnet have apparently been having some serious problems with abusive photos, so they might not be letting you post them at the moment.

It is Monday now, so I suggest that you either take your DD to the health centre tomorrow, or send a photo to your daughter's GP with a photo of the problem.

I can see the photo, but it's not a brilliant picture. Looks like a patch of dry, hard skin.

I'll take a better picture tomorrow as it's night here. I don't think it's just dried skin but my eyesight isn't as sharp as it used to be! The kids are often barefoot and in and around pools so I've just assumed more susceptible to verrucas etc.
