Can anyone decode these blood test results please?

I was admitted to hospital with severe chest pains and palpitations a couple of weeks ago. Turned out to be musculoskeletal (I have RA and it seems to be joints in my ribcage causing the pain, which is new for me). This is results of the bloods they took - they said everything was 'fine'. I'm sure it is but is there anything here that stands out as being unusual at all? They also tested my thyroid - which bit is that here?

Just curiosity really (and reassurance, a bit!).

Can anyone decode these blood test results please?

TSH is the thyroid test. Looks to be at upper end of normal.
Do you have the lab reference ranges as they all vary slightly so bit tricky to fully interpret without those.

The person who can decode them is the clinician who did them, knew the clinical context and said they were fine.

We don't have any of the normal ranges but on the face of it, yes they are all normal.

Normally lab reference ranges are also given.
