Blood Tests and Fatigue

Can anyone help with what might be wrong please?

I had a blood test yesterday as I have such bad fatigue, itchy skin, pin prick red dots on skin and just generally feeling unwell.

The tests below have come back - mostly normal but a couple of things are out. Slightly low phosphate and slightly high haemoglobin and MCH.

Any ideas on what it could be? I have a Drs appointment in a couple of weeks to discuss the results.

did they check ferritin, B12 or Folate? Would also be worth checking vitamin D as deficiency can cause low phosphate.

Not that I can see. Although the phosphate result only came through on my NHS app today, when everything else was showing last night, so might still be time for them to show up?

I was surprised that I wasn’t tested for B12 as I did mention to them that I have a sore tongue (nothing visible to be causing the pain).

I will ask to be tested for ferritin, folate, b12 and vitamin d if I haven’t been.
