Allergy testing - reputable places to get tested

I have a nut allergy. I had allergy tests on the NHS over 30 years ago that showed I had allergies to dust, pet hair etc and also nuts.

I had by first reaction to nuts when I was about 6 (that I know of) and so since then I have avoided all nuts.

The allergy tests I had 30 years ago did not test for specific types of nuts and that is what I would like to do now.

Can anyone recommend a reputable company that do these tests? I have asked my GP for a referral but the waiting list is about 18 months long.

I went here:

https://www.allergylondon.com

Whilst you can just have tests (skin prick or IgE bloods) they're not diagnostic so need to be interpreted by an allergy doc alongside your clinical history.

18 months is insane!
My wife developed an allergy lately, looks like it's for dairy and glutten and we need to get her tested but can't even get an appointment with GP to get a referral

I think it was around £400 for the consultation.

I used Nuffield Health for my DD. It was about £160 for the test, then £140 for a follow up consultation. That was just over 7 years ago.
