Can anyone help me with an eye problem?

Hi,
About a week ago kept feeling like i had a hair in my eye, outer corners but nothing there and eyes look fine. Then got really dry eyes which drove me mad! Used some eye spray for dry eyes and appeared to help. Now eyes are twitching and sort of pulsing feeling?! Slightly blurry on occasion but again they look fine!? Got eye test next week but don't know if requires gp?! Thanks in advance!

I'm an Optical Assistant and I'd suggest that you ring your opticians and get triaged and likely get seen sooner than next week. Although your eyes look ok, there could be something happening that you can't see and you should probably get checked out sooner, rather than later.

I've no idea if there's anything up with your eyes, but I'd recommend getting to an ophthalmologist today if possible.

I've had to go a few times for emergency appointments. They're usually really nice and will squeeze you in if they can.

Most things aren't anything to worry about, but if it is then it's better to be seen asap.
