did overindulge the food yesterday afternoon so at bedtime took an Omezrapole sorry cant spell it and buscopan. then about 10 had a bowel movement not diarrhoea proper movement and lots of it sorry! thought as has been before be ok now but 2 in the morning had to have another bowel movement again just normal bit stomach cramp not major altogether about 6 movements in the night up until 5 then one more at 10.
feel bit better though weak and tired but bowel still feels bit wobbly and not sure but hope its finished. took more omeprazole earlier and a couple buscopan. have not eaten yet but feel a bit peckish do not want to agravate things
any ideas how i can stop it happening again and settle things down so I can eat?
