Why hide individual items on blood test results?

I had a blood test in January and I can see the results online in Patients know best.
Most are fine with slightly elevated WBC however the nucleated red cells automated test has the results hidden for 4 weeks.

Spoke to a dr last week who wanted to re-run the tests and she mentioned that there are some levels that needed more analysis because they are out of range which I knew and could see.

New blood test results show the same results mostly with the NRC hidden again but there are more tests done this time that show Serum17b oestradiol showing as low and then the 3 Serum immunoglobulin results hidden for 4 weeks.

I now have 2 different appointments next week with the doctors. One to discuss white blood cell and the other to discuss Oestrogen levels. For context - I do suspect I'm peri but the first dr completely discounted it as an option because I'm "too young" at 40. So I'm glad this was checked in the 2nd blood test.

But - why would they hide individual results for 4 weeks? Is it because they don't want to alarm with the results until it's discussed properly? I can see all the other ones that are out of range so it's odd that these ones have been hidden in particular.

Probably. I have certain results that come in via PKB and they’re always hidden. My tests aren’t even out of range.

I wonder if you would get full results if you ask for a print out of your blood test results at reception. (You can do this at my doctors and I assume you can at most).
