Could hemmaroid cause tailbone internal back pain?

The only changes I have had lately is that I done a lot of walking and standing compared to normal whilst on holiday. During holiday got sudden lower back pain when walking. Then I can barely sit without a pain shooting up the tailbone bottom area, it remains to the bottom area and lower back this shooting knife like pain. Going from standing to sitting is agony. I cry when i sit down. I don’t feel it worse during bowel movement.

after pregnancy I had hemmaroids but year in and last week prior to holiday they appeared used anusol but during holiday I felt like something appeared there! (Bigger than usual - like grape ) tmi sorry! Its the only other change I’ve had but can hemmaroids cause this to happen ie pain in si joint or tailbone area that is internally muscular! As I did say to my go i’m in pain and she said Si joint told her about hemmaroid but she didn’t take on that but i’m worried about change size.
I can barely walk without the pain internally its not that I feel the thing its more muscular pain!
I’m unsure whether to ask a gp for examination but do they? :(

I hurt my lower back last year, just muscular, possibly some ligament involvement and my coccyx was also really painful. I was told it was referred from my lower back.

did it heal ok? I’m really unsure whats happened to mine as don’t recall injuring unless its just all the walking and carrying toddler

Eventually but it’s a weak area now and I’ve hurt it again a few times.
