Facial swelling - what could be causing it?

My face is swollen, roughly from around my cheeks to my nose, but not towards the upper part of the nose, not around my eyes. I feel well, and have a good energy level. It feels slightly worse in the evenings, and some evenings I have a slight feeling of pressure in my head. I’m in my 50’s. I go to the gym regularly, and swim once a week, walk my dog a few times a week. I’m not over weight. I eat healthily. Has anyone any idea what could be causing it? Is it some kind of fluid? It wouldn’t be noticeable to a stranger. I’m on HRT. Could it be an electrolyte imbalance?

Could it be something to do with my lymphatic system? Or my heart?
